Terms and Conditions

  1. If transferring from another cPanel server, in most cases everything will transfer with no issues.
  2. If transferring from a non-cPanel server, includes transfer of website files and databases only. FTP accounts, subdomains, addon domains, etc. will need to be recreated within your new hosting Control Panel. *Our staff will evaluate if email can be transferred on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Maximum account transfer size cannot exceed 2 GB.
  4. In rare cases we may not be able to transfer everything successfully, depending on the following conditions:
    • Your old host uses a different database version than Web Hosting Pros.
    • Your old host uses a different PHP version than Web Hosting Pros.
    • Your old host uses different server configurations than Web Hosting Pros.
    • Your old host uses a different Control Panel and/or version than Web Hosting Pros.
    • Your old host is frequently or continuously down during the transfer process.
    • Any other condition that may compromise file or database integrity.
